Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a refund in accordance with the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and accessories are non-refundable.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
